The Macanudo Emissary Espana Robusto, five-country blend, is highlighted by a Havana seed tobacco varietal grown near the Rio lobos Canyon in Spain. The regions rocky soil and mediterranean climate yield a rich tobacco that cannot be replicated. Aged for 10-years , these Spanish tobaccos used as part of the filler blend, are joined by tobacco leaves from Columbia and Nicaragua that have been aged between five to six years. The cigars are finished with a six-year old Nicaraguan Condega binder and a golden brown, broadleaf claro wrapper leaf, aged for five years. These extensively aged tobaccos provide a full flavored, exceptionally smooth smoke that’s layered with scrumptious notes of white pepper, sweet cedar wood, toasted almonds, and caramel.
